Cauliflower Seeds

Grow cauliflower to enjoy its nutritional benefits as a rich source of vitamins and fiber, to have access to unique colors and flavors not found in stores, and to use it in various dishes like low-carb rice or roasted meals. While it can be challenging, growing cauliflower is rewarding for those who can provide the consistent, cool-weather conditions it needs to thrive and prevent it from bolting or forming small heads.
