TWT319 Marketer
The Marketer is a solid performing cucumber that was an All-America winner in 1943. The flavor of the Marketer Cucumber tends to be sweet and milder than many of its siblings. "Marketer" is the ideal cucumber for the hot humid southern areas.
Marketer cucumber seeds produce a classic open-pollinated slicing variety introduced in the 1940s, prized for its dependable yields and smooth, dark-green fruits.
Typically growing 8–9 inches long, Marketer cucumbers have thin, tender skin, crisp texture, and a mild, refreshing flavor that makes them ideal for fresh eating. Plants are vigorous and productive, thriving in warm weather and well-drained, fertile soil; they perform well when trellised or allowed to sprawl. For best results, sow seeds after soil warms to at least 70°F, keep moisture consistent, and harvest regularly to encourage continuous production. Monoecious.
