Ruffled Fan Palm Seeds

Ruffled Fan Palm produces a beautiful tropical palm plant often grown as a houseplant or patio specimen. Its botanical name is Licuala grandis, and it is valued for glossy, circular fan leaves with attractive ruffled edges.
This elegant palm is well suited for small yards and can also grow indoors in containers in cooler climates. Outdoors in warm climates, it can reach 6-8 feet tall with a spread of about 4 feet. It has a single slender trunk that takes years to develop.
Ruffled Fan Palm grows best in partial shade and should be protected from full sun and high winds. It needs consistent moisture with good drainage and can tolerate cold down to about 30°F when mature.
