Bowling Ball Poppy Seeds

The QIS® Bowling Ball Poppy is a giant ornamental "breadseed" poppy variety specifically bred for its exceptionally large, spherical seed pods. While it produces large, silky pink or lavender flowers, it is most famous for seed heads that swell to the size of tennis balls or small "bowling balls".
Known for producing the largest "rattle-type" pods of any variety, often used in dried floral arrangements. Expansive, fluttery flowers ranging from soft pink to lavender-purple with yellow centers.
Reaches heights of 3–4 feet (90–120 cm) on strong stems that can support the weight of the heavy pods. The pods contain blue-gray, brown, or white seeds suitable for baking and bread making.
