TA89 Vallejano
Vallejano is an heirloom cigar filler from Mexico, and said to have originated at Valle Banderas, a place near Campostela. Vallejano was one of the most important varieties before the introduction of American types, and dates back prior to 1930's. It is a low growing pyramidal shaped plant which reaches maturity very early at 40-45 days. Leaves are 10"-12" wide and up to 24" in length. Plants average 15-16 leaves per plant with yields of 2 oz per plant. Vallejano has a high nicotine content of 5.92%.
