Combined with glossy dark green foliage and exceptional heat tolerance, this premium series provides continuous color from early summer until frost while thriving in challenging summer conditions.
Garden Uses:
An outstanding choice for containers, hanging baskets, patio planters, sunny borders, mass plantings, foundation beds, and landscape displays. Tattoo American Pie Mix combines beautifully with angelonia, blue salvia, coleus, ornamental grasses, sweet alyssum, dusty miller, lantana, and trailing verbena. The wide range of warm, vibrant colors creates spectacular mixed plantings with exceptional visual depth.
Growing Information:
Start seeds indoors 10–12 weeks before the last expected frost. Sow seeds shallowly, cover lightly, and provide darkness during germination while maintaining warm soil temperatures. Transplant outdoors after all danger of frost has passed and nighttime temperatures consistently remain above 60°F. Plant in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. Once established, water moderately and allow the soil surface to dry slightly between waterings. Vinca performs best when not overwatered.
