If you placed an order on-line, but did not receive a confirmation E-mail within 24 hours, E-mail us and give your name, phone number and the E-mail address you provide on the shopping cart, we will check this out and contact you promptly.
If you received an order and something is missing or incorrect, E-mail us the invoice number, and what was wrong with the order, we will make corrections immediately and contact you confirming this.
If you ordered seeds from us and a seed variety did not germinate satisfactorily, E-mail us your Name, invoice number and the seed packet number(s) that did not germinate properly, we will rush out replacement seeds immediately, ( please not the germination time on the seed packet if listed, some seeds take months to germinate, make sure you have allowed the proper length of time for germination before requesting replacement seeds ).
